At Avenue House we have rooms suitable for all sizes of meetings and functions both business and family celebrations. Our smaller rooms are ideal for meetings of up to 5, 10, 15 or 20 people whilst functions for up to 90 guests can be held in our larger rooms. Rooms are normally available for hire between 8am and 11pm weekdays and 9am and 11.30pm at weekends.
We are also able to supply seminar equipment, including television / video, flip charts overhead projectors. Communications aids are available, including flip charts, television, video and DVD player, overhead projectors, microphones, an audio loop system and display screens.
The elegant rooms on the ground floor are the usual base for conferences, offering large screen facilities for professional presentations and formal lectures. The Drawing Room provides ideal surroundings for club or association dinners with it's relaxed atmosphere in a formal setting. The Drawing Room is also suitable for receptions and maybe used in conjunction with the Dining Room and the Salon.
|There are several smaller rooms on the first floor available for workshops, discussion areas or small conferences. These rooms cater for from 2 to 100 people. In short, Avenue House is an ideal setting for a wide range of business, governmental, charity, community and family functions.|
If required, we can take care of your decorative needs in the form of flowers, balloons from 2Destino.
Light refreshments of soft drinks and snacks are always available from our staff and every kind of catering from a basic working breakfast to a full banquet can be arranged on request.
We can provide wine, sherry, champagne and beers to order. There will be a corkage charge per head if any alcohol is brought into the premises.
